I grew up admiring three generations of cameras fighting for shelf space in my childhood home. My great grandfather Francis Wu was a prolific photographer in Hong Kong, and his photographic genes seem to have passed down through generations of my family, accumulating in cameras of all kinds lining our shelves — and an appreciation for photography instilled in me from an early age. Now, as an experienced photographer, videographer, content creator, and model, I find myself inspired both behind and in front of the camera.

My photography journey started in earnest in 2016, when my hobbies of photography and videography merged with my growing love for travel. I documented all of my travel experiences, from a quick weekend trip to Joshua Tree to a month in the Philippines, which led me to creating content in the travel industry and gaining confidence in my skillset. I’ve now been to 36 different countries, and travel remains a huge part of my lifestyle.

In 2021, I began working for TaylorMade Golf as a Content Creator. My role is to conceptualize, execute, and deliver engaging content across multiple platforms that supports brand, product, and athlete activities. You can likely find me capturing content on the PGA Tour, LPGA Tour or back at the Carlsbad HQ working on product photography and videography or catching up on edits. In over four years in this role, I’ve further honed my photography and videography skills, while developing a knack for creative direction and strategy.

During my time traveling, I met fellow photographers and spent time in front of the lens composing visually interesting images — which introduced me to the world of modeling. I was discovered and signed by Honolulu City Club modeling agency in 2021. For the past four years, I have been modeling part-time alongside my full-time job at TaylorMade. With my 9 to 5 focused on taking photos and videos, modeling provides a refreshing creative outlet for me.
